It works really well and there are many other functions included.
You can decompile not only the IL code, but also to C#, VB.NET, etc.
If you want something free and more developed than the.NET decompiler you can try Reaxx' decompiler for Java, which seems to be very stable and reliable.

I have a requirement to have a counter in magento, which will increase on every page.
I have already created a module, in which the increment and decrement functionality is working.
The problem I am facing is, when I go to any other page than the home page, the counter is not getting increased.
What I tried:
I have disabled caching on all the pages by adding this on my.htaccess file.
